A 90-day transformation engagement at $9,500. One to two sessions per week, real deliverables every session, and a fundamentally different way of working by Day 90. Payment plan available: 50% at signing, 25% at Day 1, 25% at completion.

The same depth as 2A but at a sustainable monthly pace. Designed for teams that need to build capability alongside existing work without burning out. $4,000 per month, three month minimum.

A note on the technical side
If your organization has already deployed AI tools and they’re underperforming — wrong answers, outdated content, inconsistent results — the problem is almost never the model. It’s the content feeding it. Enterprise AI runs on your knowledge layer, and if that layer wasn’t structured for machine retrieval, no amount of model tuning will fix it.
