Proposal & scope definition
If there is a fit, we produce a written scope document that defines the engagement: objectives, deliverables, timeline, working rhythm, and what we will need from your team. Scope is fixed, not open-ended.
Engagement execution
Work proceeds in defined phases with regular check-ins, visible progress, and early course-correction if priorities shift. We work at the level of your organizational leadership, not as a downstream resource.
Deliverable and handoff
