Who this is for

Organizations that have completed a foundation program or already have baseline AI adoption and need senior strategic support to go further. Teams plus leadership. Two month minimum commitment.

What the engagement includes

Monthly group leadership touchpoint. Up to four hours of async availability per month for questions, reviews, and unblocking. One new or updated SOP delivered each month. A monthly organizational health summary covering what changed, what’s working, and what comes next. Crawl-walk-run progress update so you always know where you stand.

How you’ll know it worked

At least two team members show measurable behavior change. Leadership can speak confidently about their AI strategy — not just describe their tools. The organization moves at least one stage on the crawl-walk-run scale per month.


The Intensive

Executive plus team transformation. This is the full scope: AI strategy, executive coaching, team training, vendor and tool recommendations, and a 90-day roadmap. When this engagement ends, your executive leads AI adoption internally and your team has the SOPs, tools, and habits to sustain it.
